Our 45 minute, heart rate monitored boot camp training class is designed to give you a full body workout. We have created a boot camp training program unlike any other that combines strength and cardiovascular training to tone and sculpt your body.From beginners to athletes, our program is designed to deliver results at any fitness level. With professional trainers and a constantly changing program, you will enjoy a new workout each class and leave feeling energized, strong and accomplished!Burn an average of 600-800 calories per class!
